Patrick Kellett is a licensed real estate broker and GRI (A professional designation indicating core competence in all areas of the profession). He is a former teacher in the San Dieguito Union High School District and has been involved in real estate sales and development for all of his adult life.
He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of San Diego.
He and Leanne, his wife of 32 years, have three children.
Patrick enjoys all aspects of the real estate profession; from assisting first time home buyers with the realization of their dreams, to working with seasoned investors to accomplish their objectives. With his residence in Carlsbad and with offices in Carlsbad & Oceanside – his geographical area of expertise runs along the North San Diego County Coastline from Del Mar, Solana Beach and Cardiff to Encinitas, Carlsbad and Oceanside.
Patrick continues to be actively involved in various aspects of real estate development – including site acquisition, the permitting of entitlements, construction, and sales. With a partner, Patrick built a Vacation Rental business called Vacation In Carlsbad. Patrick continues to develop Commercial Coffee Drive Thrus in Southern California. He is a member of the San Diego County Multiple Listing Service, the North San Diego County Association of Realtors, as well as the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.
